You are the first point of contact for our guests and partners. With your friendly and efficient service, you ensure that questions are answered and bookings run smoothly. Thanks to you, everything behind the scenes is in order, allowing our guests to travel without worries.
What will you do?
In this role, you ensure that all questions, bookings, and reservations from our guests are handled smoothly and correctly. Whether it’s processing reservations, answering customer inquiries, coordinating with partner tour operators, or handling cancellations and unexpected changes—you maintain an overview and make sure everyone knows exactly where they stand.
You will use systems such as Salesforce and other digital tools to organize your work effectively. Your tasks may vary from day to day, but the goal is always the same: to deliver a smooth, worry-free, and memorable travel experience that feels good and leaves a lasting impression.
Your team
You will be part of the Customer Service team at Boat Bike Tours. This department ensures that all questions, bookings, and reservations are processed accurately and on time. The team consists of colleagues in the Netherlands, the United States, and Germany, and works closely with Operations and Product.
During busy periods, you’ll work quickly together and divide tasks efficiently so that guests are always well assisted.
What are we looking for?
You have an MBO or HBO level of thinking and working, preferably in tourism or a commercial field
You are customer-focused, organized, and can easily switch between different tasks
You communicate clearly in Dutch and English; German is a plus
You interact easily with (international) guests, colleagues, and partners and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment
You have experience with CRM tools or can learn them quickly; knowledge of Salesforce or ClickUp is a plus
You are available Monday through Friday and work an average of 4 to 6 Saturdays during the high season (May–October), shared within the team
You are a team player with a hands-on mentality and stay calm under pressure
What do we offer?

A gross monthly salary between €2,600 and €3000 (full-time), depending on experience
